1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhotoMeta ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store terms.

3. Paid App

PhotoMeta is a paid application. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All sales are final and subject to the respective store's refund policies. We do not handle payments directly.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you process using the App. The App processes your photos entirely on your device and does not upload, store, or access your content on any server.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
  • Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

4. 您的内容

您保留通过本应用处理的所有照片和内容的完整所有权。本应用完全在您的设备本地处理照片，不会将您的内容上传、存储或访问到任何服务器。

5. 知识产权

本应用，包括其设计、代码、模板和品牌，均为开发者的知识产权。您不得复制、修改、分发、逆向工程或基于本应用创建衍生作品。

6. 禁止行为

您同意不会：

  • 将本应用用于任何非法目的

7. 免责声明
